Name: Itakshir (Isonash)
Representing: Iturup Island, Russia
Residence/Alliance: (formerly) Southern Water Tribe, (currently) Northern Water Tribe
Bending Art: Water
Fighting Style: He first learned his waterbending through fishing and swimming, so while he never figured out any fancy forms of it (healing, plant bending, bloodbending, etc), he developed a naturalness for the art purely by using it constantly for practical purposes. 
Notes (optional): While he is already considered a regular warrior outside of bending, he previously did not know much about using bending for combat, due to having to conceal his identity as a waterbender to protect himself from fire nation raids. After the war, he traveled to the north pole, where he is currently living in order to better hone his skills under the guide of a real waterbending master. The complexity of the northern tribe's culture and government confuses him. His best friend is his otterpenguin, Toitoi.
